Your Delivery
We have a number of different vehicles in our fleet, allowing us to deliver to many types of customers.
We deliver kerbside Bulk bags or Loose, the choice is yours.
We are unable to promise which vehicle type will arrive with your delivery as it is dependant on the amount of deliveries in the area for that day.
TOPSOIL
Our primary area that we cover is roughly 30 miles radius from our base South West of Banbury due to the transport costs associated with the supply of our soil.
We do however happily consider our clients requests from outside this area on an individual order basis.
We deliver to you within 7 working days, and keep you informed of your delivery date via email.
Should you have restricted access or need any advice please contact us we are happy to help.
Note:
Deliveries can take up to 7 working days. We will email to advise of the delivery date.
We offer kerbside deliveries only unless ok with a lorry on your drive. If requested to deliver elsewhere, it's the responsibility of the homeowner.
We do not offer refunds once the goods are delivered.
We do not offer refunds for cancellation of an order. A credit note will be applied to the customer's account.
Failed Delivery Charges
Although our delivery is free for your order, If we are unable to deliver due to no fault of our own e.g. vehicles blocking access to the kerbside. We will charge a re-delivery fee.
Customers are advised to please note when placing the order, if they have any issues or if access may be difficult and we will do our best to assist.
